THE V7 CREATION

Welcome to this mind scratch pad these neurons of mine have created. Have a peek into my soul as I create the seventh version of TheLair on its seventh year online.

This is not a hypnosis seminar so I should stop this crap already.

Anyway I have this habit (bad habit actually) of scribbling my thoughts when I'm creating something. I do this when I'm doing database projects, artworks and even during the creation of the first version of this site.

And if you have followed TheLair since its inception, you've noticed that once in a while I do upload those scribbles. Surprisingly somebody reads it... : ) Please don't get me wrong. I am glad that someone reads it. Even if the target is to create this for myself. This is me thinking out loud. Thinking when the system is saving my 47MB .psd file... when the computer is processing some other things and I'm left with nothing to do but pound the keyboard.

So back then I tried giving some sense to these scribbles of mine to compensate the random yammerings I have been pushing online. Photoshop Basic Instincts I and Part II were some examples of these compensations.

... and in a way a sign of gratitude.

So in line with the tradition I've been keeping for seven years in this site, I'll go back to releasing scribbles.

The creation process itself. The thoughts I'm thinking in the process and the why and how of some things. Hopefully some insightful steps, links and creativity-related decisions, as well.
