Breed and its skinners release one of the best skins i have seen... where do you attribute this thing?

Each skinner is an individual, and each skinner has his own ways of coming up with concepts and executing them. But common for all the Breed skinners is that they are in Breed because they are good at what they do.
How are these Breed skins conceptualized? Or are they created randomly?

Again, each skinner will make what they think is good. I'm guessing they create skins randomly... at least that's what I tend to do. Of course some of the skinners might be organized...
Can you give us some insights on how breed skin division works?

It works much like the other sections in Breed, the only difference is that there are skins released instead of art. Skinners submit their skins and they get posted. We often help each other out with commenting on the skins that are in progress too.
Do you handle the interface creation for Breed's site?

I personally do not, but since there is an option for the site to be "skinned" I thought I would try it out. I created one layout, and then two more, so it has become a sort of tradition for me to create layouts for the site, but it is not something exclusive to me. Anyone in Breed is able to create a new layout, but so far, it's only been me and g.host who have created any new layouts. Goochtek created the original one, then g.host created a new one a few months ago, and for the last 3 months I have made new layouts.
Who among the Breed members would you like to reskin?

None really, they've all been very nice to me... so far. Maybe in the future I will skin some alive... mwahahahaha!
